1. Commitment
StuccoKit works toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA where reasonably possible. Accessibility is treated as an ongoing design, testing, content, and customer-service responsibility.
2. Current accessibility features
- Keyboard-accessible navigation, forms, modal dialogs, buttons, and links
- Visible focus indicators
- Skip navigation link
- Semantic headings, labels, lists, tables, and form controls
- Alternative text for meaningful images
- Reduced-motion support
- Responsive layouts for zoom and mobile screens
- Status and error messages intended for assistive technology
- Text alternatives to visual product and texture information
3. Product and colour information
Colour and texture are important to StuccoKit, but colour alone should not communicate required information. Product paths are named in text, texture samples include labels, and assessment choices use text descriptions in addition to images.
Customers who cannot take, crop, upload, or review wall photos may request an alternative support process. Additional information may still be required to prepare a custom order.
4. Known limitations
Some third-party services, including payment checkout, carrier tracking, anti-abuse verification, email clients, or embedded tools, may have accessibility limitations outside StuccoKit’s direct control. We select established providers and report material accessibility problems when identified.
AI-generated concept images and customer-submitted photographs may not communicate every visual detail through alternative text. Contact support when a visual comparison needs a written explanation.
5. Requesting assistance or reporting a barrier
Use the contact form and choose Accessibility, or email [email protected]. Describe:
- The page or feature
- What you were trying to do
- The browser, device, and assistive technology used
- The problem encountered
- The best way to contact you
We will make reasonable efforts to provide the information or service in another accessible format and to correct verified barriers.
6. Feedback process
Accessibility feedback is reviewed by Baltik Group Inc. and may be used to prioritize design, content, testing, and vendor improvements. Retaliation is not permitted against anyone who raises a good-faith accessibility concern.
