Final Sale Policy

Every StuccoKit order is prepared for a specific colour method, texture, quantity, and customer submission. All sales are final once payment is completed.

1. No returns or exchanges

All StuccoKit touch-up kits, custom-prepared materials, tools, accessories, scanner-related items, sample-related items, and configured order contents are final sale. StuccoKit does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, changed plans, unused product, excess material, incorrect customer measurements, incorrect customer colour information, preference, or colour dissatisfaction.

This includes orders prepared from a customer-provided colour name or code, Sherwin-Williams or Benjamin Moore references supplied by the customer, another colour reference, scanner readings, a physical sample, flat white, or a selected texture and quantity.

Before payment: Check the approved colour reference, texture, quantity, shipping country, and contact information. Payment confirms acceptance of this final-sale policy.

2. Cancellations

An unpaid assessment or unpaid order request may be cancelled. After payment, cancellation is not guaranteed. Once preparation, purchasing, allocation, packing, or fulfilment begins, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.

StuccoKit may cancel and refund an order before fulfilment when the order cannot be completed, required information cannot be confirmed, an item becomes unavailable, or shipping cannot be arranged.

3. Wrong, missing, or damaged orders

The final-sale rule does not prevent StuccoKit from correcting a verified order error or delivery problem. Contact StuccoKit within five calendar days of delivery when the wrong item was shipped, a confirmed item is missing, or a sealed product arrives damaged, leaking, frozen, contaminated, or unusable.

Keep the products, labels, seals, internal packaging, outer box, and shipping label until the claim is resolved. Do not use, alter, mix, discard, or send back the affected item without written instructions.

After verification, StuccoKit may correct, replace, reship, refund, or otherwise resolve the affected portion of the order. The appropriate remedy depends on the circumstances, product availability, carrier findings, and applicable law.

4. Colour and texture concerns

Exact or invisible matching is not guaranteed. Existing stucco may differ because of age, fading, dirt, weathering, previous repairs, aggregate, application method, curing, and lighting. Texture appearance also depends on tool movement, pressure, thickness, timing, and technique.

Material prepared to the customer-approved reference remains final sale even when the existing wall appears different. This applies to customer-provided colours, scanner readings, physical samples, and flat white.

Follow the supplied test-area instructions before applying the full amount. When the material appears inconsistent with the approved order, stop before broad application and contact StuccoKit with the order reference, product label, submitted colour reference, and test-area photos.

5. Reporting an order problem

  1. Use the contact form within five calendar days of delivery.
  2. Include the assessment and order references.
  3. Describe the exact issue.
  4. Provide the requested parcel, label, product, and damage photos.
  5. Wait for written instructions before shipping or disposing of anything.

6. Mandatory consumer rights

This policy does not remove a remedy or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded. Where applicable law requires a different remedy, that law controls.
