1. Cosmetic touch-up scope
StuccoKit is designed for small cosmetic surface touch-ups such as localized hairline cracks, small holes, chips, scuffs, and similar finish corrections. Product descriptions, assessment questions, and website images do not constitute an engineering opinion, building-envelope inspection, or diagnosis of a wall assembly.
The customer confirms that the submitted request is for a small cosmetic surface touch-up. StuccoKit may request clarification, decline an order, or recommend another approach when the submitted information does not support the selected kit.
2. Assessment and review
The website assessment collects the touch-up type, dimensions, texture, colour method, photos, quantity, and contact information. A saved assessment does not guarantee acceptance, exact product contents, final price, or fulfilment.
Payment is normally requested only after StuccoKit reviews the submitted information and confirms the selected kit. Additional photos, measurements, colour information, scanner readings, or a physical sample may be requested.
3. Customer-provided colours
For the Customer-Provided Colour option, the customer is responsible for supplying the correct manufacturer, colour name, colour code, and any other requested reference information. StuccoKit prepares the order toward the information submitted by the customer.
Sherwin-Williams and Benjamin Moore names and colour references may be accepted as customer-provided targets. Those names are third-party trademarks. StuccoKit and Baltik Group Inc. are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by either company.
Flat white may be selected when the cured touch-up will be painted afterward. The customer must follow the supplied cure-time and coating-compatibility instructions before painting.
4. Matching expectations
Exact or invisible matching is not guaranteed. Existing stucco may differ because of age, weathering, dirt, fading, repairs, application technique, lighting, aggregate distribution, and surface condition. Colour data and physical samples also have practical tolerances.
Texture appearance is affected by tool movement, pressure, material thickness, cure conditions, and installer technique. The customer is responsible for performing a small test in an inconspicuous area when the instructions call for one.
5. Prices, orders, taxes, and payment
Prices displayed on the website are starting prices unless clearly stated otherwise. Final material quantity, tools, shipping, taxes, discounts, deposits, sample handling, and other order-specific charges are confirmed before payment.
An order request may be accepted, declined, corrected, or cancelled before payment. Obvious pricing, catalogue, or technical errors may be corrected. A binding order is formed when payment is successfully processed and StuccoKit sends an order confirmation, subject to fraud review and product availability.
Secure card payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. StuccoKit does not store full card details. Chargebacks or payment disputes do not replace the requirement to contact customer service and provide a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.
6. Shipping and fulfilment
Estimated processing and delivery times are not guarantees. Custom preparation begins only after required information, review, and payment are complete. Weather, freezing temperatures, carrier restrictions, shortages, and address problems may delay shipment.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and deliverable address. Additional costs caused by incorrect addresses, refused parcels, failed delivery, or unclaimed shipments may be charged to the customer where permitted by law.
The current standard model is domestic Canadian fulfilment for Canadian orders and domestic United States fulfilment for United States orders when available. Cross-border customer shipping is not guaranteed.
7. Storage and application
The customer must inspect the parcel promptly, follow the kit-specific instructions, observe temperature and weather limits, use appropriate personal protection, and store materials as directed. General website guidance does not replace the instructions supplied with the confirmed product.
Application results depend on surface preparation, technique, weather, curing, existing wall condition, and other factors outside StuccoKit’s control. Do not apply material that is frozen, contaminated, expired, visibly damaged, or inconsistent with the supplied instructions.
8. Final sale
All StuccoKit products and configured order contents are final sale. StuccoKit does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, unused product, excess material, customer ordering error, incorrect customer measurements, incorrect customer colour information, preference, or colour dissatisfaction.
A verified wrong, missing, damaged, leaking, frozen, contaminated, or unusable item must be reported under the Final Sale Policy within five calendar days of delivery. StuccoKit may correct, replace, reship, refund, or otherwise resolve the affected portion of the order. This does not create a general return right.
9. Intellectual property
The StuccoKit name, branding, website design, instructions, photographs, graphics, and original content belong to Baltik Group Inc. or its licensors. You may use supplied instructions for your own purchased product but may not reproduce, sell, publish, or distribute them commercially without permission.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and products are provided subject to the express terms supplied with the order. Implied warranties and conditions are limited only to the extent legally permitted. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StuccoKit and Baltik Group Inc. are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential losses, including loss of use, business, profit, property value, or opportunity. Any direct liability arising from a product or order is limited to the amount paid for the affected product, except where a different remedy is required by law.
11. Indemnity
You agree to be responsible for losses caused by your unlawful website use, false submissions, misuse of products, infringement of third-party rights, or failure to follow the supplied instructions, to the extent permitted by law.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without limiting mandatory consumer rights that apply in another jurisdiction. Courts located in Ontario will have jurisdiction where legally permitted.
13. Changes and severability
Terms may be updated as products, fulfilment, or legal requirements change. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
