Use a sample approximately 2 × 2 inches or larger when safely available.
Physical Sample Colour Match
Mail a representative piece of the existing finish when no dependable colour name, code or scanner data is available. StuccoKit reviews the sample before the final match, quantity and price are approved.
Do not remove material from a wall when doing so could enlarge the visible area or damage the surrounding finish. The sample must be accepted before matching begins.

Send a clean, representative piece.
Keep the sample approximately ¼ inch thick or less so it can be packaged and examined properly.
The sample should be clean, dry, reasonably intact and free of loose debris or unrelated backing material.
Include the secure assessment reference. The mailing address and packaging instructions are provided after submission.
Submit photos first
The wide and close-up photos establish the touch-up location, visible size and approximate texture before anything is mailed.
Package and track
Follow the portal instructions, protect the sample, add the reference and submit the tracking number.
Sample accepted
StuccoKit confirms receipt and usability before preparing the final colour and sending the payment step.
Direct sample review and a configured kit.
The starting price covers review of one accepted representative sample and the configured cosmetic touch-up kit. Additional samples, unusable samples, oversized quantity, special shipping or expedited handling are confirmed separately.

Sample limitations
A loose sample may be dirty, sun-faded, painted, weathered or taken from an unrepresentative area. Texture and sheen on the wall may also differ from the fragment. StuccoKit can request another sample and does not promise an invisible result. All configured kits are final sale.
