Safety Data Sheet (SDS)
An SDS describes classified hazards, safe handling, storage, first aid, spill response and disposal. StuccoKit retains the current supplier SDS for each material used. When the supplied mixture is a regulated hazardous product, the applicable SDS is provided electronically with the confirmed kit and remains available from the customer portal.
StuccoKit will not alter a manufacturer SDS merely to add marketing language. When repackaging or custom preparation changes the responsible supplier or classification duties, the compliant document and label must be prepared from verified formulation and hazard information.
Product & Application Sheet
The order-specific product sheet is the practical document sometimes called a technical data sheet. It will identify only verified values relevant to the supplied kit:
- Product and colour-reference identifier
- Net quantity and estimated approved coverage
- Surface preparation and application sequence
- Working time and cure milestones
- Application, storage and transit temperature limits
- Weather and rain restrictions
- Compatible tools, cleanup and disposal
- Paint-over timing for the flat-white option
- Manufacturer technical-document revision used
Values that differ by material, tint base, aggregate, container size or weather are not shown as universal website claims.
Container labels and traceability
Each prepared container should carry the product identifier, responsible supplier contact, net quantity, colour or formula reference, texture, lot or batch reference, preparation date, storage instructions and any required hazard information. The order record connects those identifiers to the customer’s assessment and fulfilment history.
Application instructions
The public general touch-up instructions explain the overall workflow. The box and customer portal provide the order-specific sequence. The order-specific version takes priority when a supplied material requires different preparation, timing or precautions.
