A simple order process

The reference supplies the colour.

Phone photos can shift colour because of sunlight, shadows, camera processing, and screen settings. That is why StuccoKit does not use a wall photo as the colour formula.

Before you order

Straight answers.

Complete the touch-up assessment first. Payment is requested only after the colour path, photos, quantity, shipping, and final kit contents are reviewed.

Ask a question
Can I provide a Sherwin-Williams or Benjamin Moore colour?+

Yes. Enter the manufacturer, colour name, and code during the assessment. We use the supplied information as the requested target. StuccoKit is not affiliated with either brand.

Can I order flat white and paint over it?+

Yes. Choose flat white under Customer-Provided Colour. Paint only after the supplied touch-up material has cured according to the included instructions, and confirm that the intended coating is compatible.

Why are photos still required?+

Photos are used to see the touch-up size, shape, surrounding wall, and texture. They are not used as the colour formula.

What photos should I upload?+

Upload one wide photo showing the location and one close-up showing the surface. A side-lit texture photo and a photo with a ruler are optional but helpful.

Are the displayed prices final?+

No. They are starting prices. We confirm the quantity, final kit contents, shipping, and applicable taxes after reviewing the submission.

When will I pay?+

No card is charged during the initial assessment. After review, an approved order receives a secure payment link.

Where do you ship?+

StuccoKit is set up for domestic Canadian orders and domestic United States orders. Canadian orders ship from Canada; United States orders are fulfilled within the United States when available. Cross-border customer shipping is not presented as the standard checkout path.

Can I return or exchange the kit?+

No. All StuccoKit touch-up kits and configured contents are final sale. Verified wrong, missing, damaged, leaking, frozen, or unusable items are handled under the Final Sale Policy and mandatory consumer rights still apply.
